Unboxed aims to rally all creative verticals and cultural institutions and unite city stakeholders from the public, private and civil society sectors. The ultimate goal is to position Bengaluru among the top global cultural hubs.

**The Challenge**
The festival faces several challenges, such as aligning festival partners, government agencies and other stakeholders. Additionally, recruiting a sufficient number of volunteers and interns for various festival tasks is challenging. Securing adequate funding, venues and audience attention within a short timeframe is also complicated. Amplifying visibility across festival verticals on both online and offline platforms for maximum participation is also a significant challenge.
