Our workplace culture 

Culture is at the heart of what we do, and our workplace culture is no different.

As a small organisation we have a flat structure where everyone’s voice is heard. We are open to new ways of working and we regularly review how we could make things better: for our city partners, their residents, and, most importantly, our team. We don’t have all the answers yet, but you can join us and help build an organisation that puts our team members first.

In addition to a competitive salary and 27 days annual leave plus UK bank holidays (pro rata for part-time employees).
