- [Inclusive Public Art: How Helsinki’s Biennales are making art accessible in the city and its islands ](https://worldcitiescultureforum.com/wp-content/uploads/wp-mfa-exports/city-project/helsinki-biennial.md) — Since 2021, Helsinki Biennial has been held all around the city and its 300 islands. This cultural festival by the City of Helsinki embodies their ambitious cultural vision to develop the city’s art scene through inclusive public art; and combine art with the beauty of Helsinki’s natural spaces and islands. 2025 will mark the Helsinki Biennial’s third edition, attracting new visitors to the city and boosting the local economy.
- [Delivering sustainable artist workspaces in Dublin](https://worldcitiescultureforum.com/wp-content/uploads/wp-mfa-exports/city-project/dublin-space-to-create-artist-workspaces-2.md) — Dublin City Council’s Space to Create programme responds to a critical shortage of artist workspaces by refurbishing vacant buildings into long-term, affordable studios. With €9.5 million in funding from the City Council, the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media, and philanthropy, the initiative will deliver 40 workspaces by 2027. The first site at Artane Place highlights a model of cultural infrastructure driven by local engagement, sustainability, and inclusive cultural policy.
