As a city partner of World Cities Culture Forum, Rio de Janeiro will join forces with over 100 city leaders, with whom they can exchange ideas and solutions to support and grow culture in their cities.
The network looks forward to working with Rio de Janeiro as they implement “Culture of Tomorrow”, the boldest plan for reforming cultural venues in the city. Two other major cultural capitals from Brazil are part of the network: Brasília and São Paulo.

World Cities Culture Forum is excited to welcome Rio de Janeiro to the network ahead of the annual World Cities Culture Summit in São Paulo on 25-27 October 2023.
