- **Re-Imaging The Strand Theatre** – Developing a path forward for an over 100 year old historic theatre located in one of Boston’s most diverse neighbourhoods.

**Unlocking Space through Partnerships**:

- **Making Space for Creative Enterprise in Downtown Boston** – working in partnership with the Downtown Boston Alliance and our real estate community to unlock vacant spaces for culture.
- **Future Proofing Boston Centre for the Arts** – a nonprofit multidisciplinary arts organization that supports emerging and established artists through residencies, performances, exhibitions, and creative community programming in the historic South End.
- **Boston Public Art Triennial** – Partnering to find space for fabrication for this high profile public art exhibition.

**Investing in community-led Cultural Space:**
